  • How Do I Service Or Repair My Watch?
    • Go to our Online Repair Center and tell us about your watch, and what’s wrong with it, and we’ll provide you with a repair estimate. If you agree to the estimate, we’ll send you an authorized service order number with shipping instructions. When we receive your watch(es), a Rockwell Time technician will determine the repairs needed. An email will be sent to you for repair cost approval or input required to process and close your service order. You will not be charged if the repair is covered under Rockwell Time’s Warranty Policy. Also, see our limited lifetime warranty and swap-out deal.
  • Can a Local Jeweler Service My Watch or Will it Void My Warranty?
    • Love your Rockwell? Don’t let just anyone repair it. Watches will not be covered by warranty if someone other than an authorized Rockwell Time service technician opens the case back during the 2-year warranty period. If your watch is outside of the 2-year warranty period, feel free to take it to a certified jeweler at your discretion. If you would like us to service your watch, visit our Online Repair Center and tell us about your watch, and what’s wrong with it, and we’ll provide you with a repair estimate.

Like all fine watches, your Rockwell watch needs to be treated with care. Hard scratches and abrasion will scratch the coating off your watch. Avoid all abrasive chemicals. Please do not spray your watch with bug spray. Contact us with any questions about caring for your watch.

  • How Do I Know If I Can Surf Or Swim With My Watch? And, What Does 5 ATM Mean? 10 ATM?
    • We live active lifestyles, so knowing if you can take your watch in the water is key. Many, but not all, Rockwell watches can get wet. The water resistance indicated on the chart below is the amount of water the watch can withstand, in meters. If your watch has a leather band, avoid getting it wet.
    • Pushing buttons or pulling out the crown, setting time, etc. while the watch is underwater or wet can cause water damage or condensation under the glass. It will void the warranty.

  • Can I Get Replacement Lenses For My Sunglasses? Which Styles Are They Available For?
  • How Should I Clean My Sunglasses?
    • Rinse the lens with tap water gently to remove any dirt or loose objects from the lens. Blot the lens dry with a soft cloth and gently polish to remove any smudges. Rubbing alcohol can also be used to clean the lens. Be careful not to get excess alcohol on the frame paint.
  • How Should I Clean My Goggles?
    • Special care is required for optimum performance. When the inner lens surface gets wet it becomes soft and is more susceptible to scratching. Do not rub the lens when this happens. Blot the lens with a soft cloth to remove the moisture or allow it to air dry. When the lens has been thoroughly dried at room temperature, gently polish it with a soft cloth to remove any smudges. The inner and outer sides of the lens should generally be cleaned with clean water only. Rinse and follow the instructions above for drying.
